According to Enang Syamsi, the arrest of those three foreigners started from an information obtained in the previous arrest of a Nigerian with initial RCO (33).

“From the preliminary interrogation, it is known that he (RCO, red) has a network in Tangerang. Through investigation, we uncover that the group committed online fraud with victims from a number of countries,” Enang explained to TitikNOL on Friday (16/3/2018).

Enang revealed that their modus was claiming themselves as American soldiers on-duty as UN military peacekeepers who have a large amount of money.
